hp deskjet 6840 not working

The printer is connected with Ethernet cable. Can see it, ping it, but can't get Vista to install it. Will appreciate your advice.

The HP 990c drivers included in Vista worked for me to get my 6840 to print. HP One Care was no help with the question about drivers!
